How can so many people practice for TWL 2-3 times or more a week, but we cant get 6 people for a match?

i would be able to practice atleast once or so a week. but it really depends on my scheduale at work. im pretty freed up during the nights but it really depends since i have to drive to a cafe to get a nice good internet connection in order to play and that cost a bit of money too. if i was at home, id be able to do it more often since i know how my work times are like.
